Erected by the Town of Sackville to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the founding of Mount Allison University by CHARLES FREDERICK ALLISON, merchant, philanthropist, churchman and citizen of the town. In recognition of a long and harmonious relationship, May 6, 1989.
